The shade can be turned any direction desirable and positioned inside or outside the arc. The lamp has a switch build into the cable. The lamp requires an E27 (standard) lightbulb and currently has an EU plug. [Condition] Good. The chrome is still good looking. Inside the eyeball shade small dots are visible, see last pictures.
